Because our AI Agents are instant products with digital access refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. We issue refunds if we are unable to grant respective AI access after verified payment. There is a standard FUP limit for daily usage, if usage beyond the quota for the day. Auto Refresh will be done within 6-7 hours window.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed incase, we fail to grant access 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
